RTA of MTHEA Registration Deadlines:
RTA families will register for classes first in February and then in March, we will begin interviewing new families.
Priority registration for RTA families ends Monday, March 5th. RTA families may still register, but new families will be able to fill our classes as well.

(1) Visit a class or two at RTA to determine if this is for you and your student
(2) Turn in application paperwork. It must be completed or you will not receive an interview.
(3) Sign up for an interview (student and one parent)
(4) References will be checked
(5) IF You are accepted to RTA of MTHEA . . .
THEN you will receive your acceptance letter.
You have one week to confirm your Class Request Form and return with your $45.00 registration fee. If this is after the April 2nd deadline, you will be committed to the classes you have requested.

The DEADLINE (and $25 discount for Administrative fees) is Monday, April 2nd, 2012. ALL RTA Paperwork must be completed and FINAL class selection is due! You may add classes after this date, but you may not drop them.
PRE-TESTS: Monday, April 9th, 2012 ~ Pre-Tests are given for first math class, or a second year of a foreign language and all students must take a pre-test for our composition classes (Pre-Comp through Comp III).
DO NOT ORDER BOOKS OR PRINT OFF COURSE OUTLINES until the middle of April when we will have a better idea of the status of each class. When classes are set, print off the Course Outline for each class and then you may start to order your books and materials.
REGISTRATION DAY: Monday, May 7th, 2012 ~ Administrative, copy, material, lab, production, cd rental fees are due. Tuition payments begin in August and can be paid in one full payment or spread out in two, four or eight equal payments. (RTA of MTHEA requires post dated checks.)
ORIENTATION DAY: Monday, August 6, 2012- ~ There will be a general meeting at 10:00 a.m. and then parent and student(s) will visit each class for a brief introduction. During this abbreviated class, you will receive syllabi (from those classes with one, see comments about electives syllabi) and a first week’s assignment that will need to be completed before the FIRST day of classes.
