Course Objectives:  Students will acquire a knowledge of basic grammar and the ability to form sentences using the vocabulary they have memorized.  In the stories found in each lesson, cognates and near-cognates are used extensively.  Reading about the lives of famous Romans will help students identify with the culture of the ancient Romans.

 

Prerequisites for this class:  An understanding of English parts of speech and verb tenses.
