COMMITMENTS FROM STUDENTS:

In the area of RELATIONSHIPS, we ask. . .

            * All students to welcome other students warmly

            * Students to make every effort never to exclude others

            * If you have a problem with someone, talk to them first.  If you talk to

someone else first, you are gossiping.

In the area of DRESS CODE, we ask students to remember. . .

            * We parents do not want to be the fashion police

            * We are guests at this church.  Our appearance and behavior

should reflect our serious purpose in being at these classes

            * Wearing hats inside is rude

            * Dress Taboos:  “Shock Value” tee-shirts, tight clothing, bare midriffs, sheer

clothing, low-cut tops, wild haircuts or colors, body piercings (other than ears), tank tops, short shorts (mid-thigh), short skirts, extreme baggies, etc.

In the area of ATTITUDE:

* Be courteous, helpful, and respectful to ALL.   This is Christ’s love in action.

In the area of TERRITORIAL LIMITS:

            * Please limit building use to our designated area.

            * Use restrooms and water fountains in our area only.

* At lunch time, we may eat in the designated lunch area, or outside if the weather permits.

            * The church staff has their duties to tend to, and we need to respect their need

               for quiet and non-disruption.

LUNCH HOUR FORMAT:  Students may eat lunch outside or in the designated lunchrooms.  Please do not eat lunch in any other room.  (NO food in carpeted areas) Students who drive may not leave campus during the lunch break.  Parents may fetch food for their children or for others, but student drivers may not.

STUDENT DRIVERS:  Students who drive may NEVER take other students from campus without formal written permission from parents of all students involved.

Students must have a note signed by parents if they plan to leave during the day and return for later classes.  Any fast or reckless driving on campus will result in immediate loss of his/her driving privilege on campus for not less than 6 months of a school year.

Tobacco in any form is NEVER allowed on campus.

Smile a lot!  This is your education, brought to you by many who care!– Gotta love it!  J
