Biology I

Tutor – Dr. Sara Fouts, DVM

Course Description

This course will be a study of God’s creation in intricate detail ranging from the smallest cell to the largest animal. We will cover the three domains that make up all of life, the workings of a cell and its processes, evolution, and genetics. The students will learn to use microscopes in lab, dissect several animal specimens, and become proficient in using the scientific method. I am excited to be using Dr. Wile’s text this year as he is the author of the original Apologia Biology Curriculum.
