Fees and Tuition

Upon acceptance to Rutherford Tutorial Academy and prior to Registration Day in May, each family will receive a detailed invoice for remaining fees and tuition.

2024-25 Tuition

Checks for tuition should be made out to individual tutors. RTA does allow tuition payments to be broken into 2 or 4 payments for each class. If you plan to break tuition into payments, post-dated checks will be required on Registration Day. Please plan ahead and order extra checks if needed.

Tuition per class for 32 weeks of Monday classes = $400
Tuition for 16 weeks of Thursday Chemistry Lab Classes  = $160
Tuition for 16 weeks of Thursday Chemistry Tutoring = $160
Additional Thursday tutoring for Algebra I and II = $320
Tuition for 16 week classes = $200
Study Hall Fee = $25/semester or $50/year

Copy/Lab/Events Fees

Copy Fee – Every class will have a copy fee of $25 (check written to tutor)
Lab/Materials Fee – Select classes will have $40 lab fee (check written to RTA)
RTA Events Fee – $60 per student (check written to RTA)

2024-25 Administrative Fees

New Student/Interview Fee = $30 per student
Student Registration Fee = $100 per student (Late Registration = $150)
Admin Fee = $450 per family
For those registering before April 1st, you may receive an early-bird discount by selecting that option on your online registration form and paying online. This discount is only available as part of the online registration fee processing and the discounted fee is $400 per family.
